The Hudson Holiday Stroll returns to Downtown Hudson on Saturday, December 5, 2026, from 3:00–7:00 PM, rain, snow, or shine!
Each year, the Hudson Business Association works with local businesses, sponsors, community organizations, performers, vendors, and volunteers to transform Downtown Hudson into a festive destination filled with entertainment, activities, shopping, dining, and holiday traditions.
The Holiday Stroll is offered free to the community and sponsorships make that possible.
The 2026 Holiday Stroll Is Growing
This year, we are introducing new features, performances, expanded food truck offerings, additional lighting, and other elements designed to bring even more magic and “wow factor” to the event, especially around our Town Hall lighting ceremony.
We are keeping a few surprises under wraps for now, but we have also expanded our sponsorship opportunities to help bring these ideas to life.
Sponsoring the Holiday Stroll gives your business valuable exposure while directly supporting an event that brings residents and visitors into Downtown Hudson, encourages people to shop and dine locally, and creates a memorable experience for the entire community.
How Sponsorship Funds Are Used
Holiday Stroll sponsorships help cover essential event expenses, including:
Horse-drawn carriages
Sound equipment and live entertainment
Performers and family activities
Lighting, displays, and decorations
Permits and portable restrooms
Event signage and wayfinding
Printed maps, posters, flyers, and promotional materials
Safety, infrastructure, supplies, and other operating costs
Our fundraising goal is simple: to cover the cost of producing the event and keep the Holiday Stroll free for the community.

Only one sponsorship available
Become the exclusive sponsor of the Holiday Stroll’s festive Town Hall display, complete with special lighting, a snow globe installation, and prominent sponsor signage.

Every Sponsorship Includes a Vendor Space
All 2026 sponsorship packages include one vendor space at the Holiday Stroll.
Sponsors may use this space to meet attendees, share information, distribute samples or promotional materials, sell products, host an activity, or create another engaging experience connected to their business or organization.
The deadline to secure a sponsorship is October 1, 2026.
Additional Ways to Participate
You do not need to become a sponsor to participate in the Holiday Stroll. We also welcome businesses, nonprofit organizations, vendors, makers, crafters, restaurants, and food trucks.
Business Participant — $50
Businesses may participate by setting up a vendor space, hosting an activity, offering samples or promotional materials, selling products, or creating a special Stroll promotion.
Registered businesses will be included on the official Holiday Stroll pages, helping attendees discover participating locations and activities.

Nonprofit Participant — $25
Nonprofit and community organizations are invited to share information, host an activity, promote a seasonal initiative, collect donations, or connect with attendees.

New! Food Truck Registration — $100
Eight spaces available
Bring your flavors to the 2026 Hudson Holiday Stroll! Registration includes a designated vending space during the event and inclusion in applicable event promotions and vendor listings. Space is limited, and participation is subject to approval.
Food truck operators are responsible for securing and maintaining all required permits, licenses, insurance, staffing, power, equipment, and supplies.

The deadline for business, nonprofit, vendor, and food truck registration is October 16, 2026.
Who Should Participate?
The Hudson Holiday Stroll welcomes businesses and organizations from Hudson and neighboring communities.
Whether you are launching a new business, introducing your organization to a wider audience, or have been part of the community for years, the Stroll is a valuable opportunity to meet local residents and visitors during one of Hudson’s most anticipated events.
Participants can:
